I have this beautiful knife that someone used and came back like this. Knives are meant to be used, so I’m not mad, but not sure how to start to fix this. Any advice would be appreciated.

Ground down and rebevelled?
Depends on the tools you have available… if you had the right tools you wouldn’t need to ask.. I suggest sending it to someone if you don’t know what you’re doing
