For myself it is a cheap but beloved Kershaw Barstow. Nice n reserved styling for public friendliness, decent steel for the money and it’s held up just fine for cutting all kinds of random stuff. And speaking of random, and cold steel that stays in the car because it came with no sheath lol, though I do actually kind of like it.
