I thought this was a laser pointer at first XD
Looks to have zooming capabilities, has Krispy Kreme branding on it (of all things) and I am unsure of what sort of diode or bulb it uses for light, The design is just so odd I HAD to post this!
If anyone knows what sort of battery type it may take let me know so I can test it!

Looks Like it’s supposed to double as a lantern while it’s zooming. Interesting and weird.
