– CountyComm GP-7 SSB – Water Bottle w/ Starburst lemon powdered drink + snacktical salt loadout – Yaesu FT-65 Ham Radio – Quansheng Ham Radio / EZGumer Firmware – Adidas metal water bottle – Victorinox Spartan – Fisher Space Pen – Frost Cutlery slip / thingy – Kilimanjaro Kibo folder – ELPA Shortwave Radio
It was 105F / 40.5C outside and headed up from there, here in redwoods / coastal ranges territory. So I thought I’d get outside and enjoy some radio time. 15MHz+ bands were doing OK. VHF / UHF also very good.
AM/MW radio on the Elpa somehow going like there’s no sun out at all
