I have this silver Tool AA 2.0 here. I was wondering why loosening the tailcap won’t turn off the switch aux LEDs so I checked the threads and tube with a multimeter continuity check. Running the probes along the body tube it’s easy to find spots where the multimeter beebs and shows a low resistance. Especially in the knurling parts and threads.
Has this something to do with the anodization color? My black Tool doesn’t have this symptom.
