After carrying and really liking the E75 I wanted something smaller, but with the same great Nichia 519a emitters. Also, not having a titanium light the Acebeam E70 mini Ti caught my eye.

So far I’m really happy with this light. It’s somewhat chunky for an 18650 light but not overly so and being used to dailying the brick that is the E75 this is much more pocketable.

Objectively speaking the normal aluminum E70 mini is probably the more superior “light” as it sustains higher lumens and puts out 2000 lumens vs this lights 1500 but for me that’s a non issue as I have plenty of other lights that sustain high lumens and do so for a long time.

It’s got a really nice feel and looks great aswell (if you dislike the titanium stonewashed look you will probably disagree) but I absolutely love the design and overall this is a great light for my EDC needs.

I also looked at the olight warrior mini 3 but the high CCT and greenish tint which continuously appears in reviews put me off. Perhaps it’s time to learn how to do emitter swaps…

I think a D3AA Ti might be next (I definitely dont need more lights hahah).
