Malkoff MD2 Just Landed

I have been looking for a no-nonsense dual-output light for edc/work. After a lot of research I was about to pull the trigger on the tried and true Streamlight 6X/pro, but I just wasn’t satisfied picking up a light that only ran 123As. I then stumbled on Malkoff and looked through their site for a couple hours and settled on the MD2. I chose the M61N led because I’m a big fan of neutral light. I don’t love cool white. The light just arrived this morning and I couldn’t be happier. It is a sturdy light and I am a fan of the high/low beam interface, though I would like to see that functionality on the tail cap instead of the head of the light. I threw on a pocket clip from my Olight M2R Warrior Pro, now it’s ready to rock and roll.
