I figured it was worth sharing. My intense ADHD combined with 2 years of fidgeting caused both my Microtech OTF and Benchmade Mediator to stop operating. After some serious procrastination (remember, ADHD) I finally submitted both warranty claims. After mailing both knives UPS it took about 2 weeks and I got them both back the same day. Both fixed and lubed. Benchmade will not ship an automatic knife to a residential address but they do sharpen for free so lets call that a wash. When buying expensive knives with hard steel I’ll let them sharpen it. I thought I should share a good warranty experience with two American companies.
