I suspect Alibaba Asian ? Only nomenclature 2Cr and Stainless. Hit it with some brake clean & 4-0 steel wool . Lubed and adjusted all the blades to good snap . Other than missing scales seems functional ( if a little clunky). I gave $2. Anyone recognize this make ? Thanks.
