I want to put a mirror polish on the entire blade, I’ve narrowed it down to these. Which should I choose?

   Whichever one you are cool with messing up to learn if it doesn’t go as well as you intend.

   CJRB might look good cuz of the wood handle. But if not that my second vote is for the ZT
