Is it a Swisstool?

I came across this video and I wonder what tool is demonstrated here.

That’s the 8th episode of 1st season of “Kind of the Hill”, which was first aired on March 23th, 1997.

According to multitool wiki, Victorinox Swisstool was announced in 1997, and full production started only a year later.

Interestingly, Victorinox bought Bear&son company – which’s (I guess) like a mother company of victorinox Plier-based multitools – only in 1999.

But anyway, do you think that’s actually a Swisstool cameo in this episode?
