Converted the Leatherman extension into a screwdriver so that I can carry my SAK instead of my Leatherman while still being able to use the Leatherman screwdriver bits.

I used a 3/8″ (female) to 1/4″ (male) adapter for the top of the handle and a 1/4″ hex (female) to 1/4″ square driver (female) adapter (basically just a 1/4″ socket with a retention spring) to join the top of the handle to the extension. I then used heat shrink tubing over three sections for added grip.
I’ve used it a few times already and it works quite well for light-duty screwdriver work.
