Vosteed Racoon – budget perfection!!!

Full review will be on YouTube, but this little budget blade has blown me away. Vosteed nailed the cross bar lock, no play, and using Sandivic steel is sooooo much nicer vs boring old d2. There is a lot to love about the nicely done comfortable micarta and the edge has stayed razor sharp through moderate use cutting open presents, making fire sticks, scoring PVC pipe, and a few zip ties. The tip is strong and belly is a nice path for slicing, it’s a thin grind. Vosteed has me looking at other models probably the Thunderbird next. I was expecting the knife to be at par and got much more.
