[NLD] On The Road MK4 mini

Hey everyone! Long time lurker here in the best ever subreddit, first post (certainly not my first light thanks to y’all lol). Was looking for a small EDC 18650 light, and came across this light after some searching here.

I know the Zebralight SC64/65 is the king of the small 18650 light, but it’s just a little out of my budget atm. So I pulled the trigger on this recently for about 35 bux off AliEx. I got the one with the Nichia 519A 5700K, and with magnetic tail cap.

It feels good in the hand and has a nice little weight to it with the battery in. I think it says with the magnetic tail, the length is 90mm and it’s barely noticeable in the pocket. The UI was a lil different and took some getting used to coming fromy other lights(mostly Wurkkos/Sofirn). 1 click to turn on, then click again and again to go thru stepped brightnesses. You have to hold button down to turn off. Kinda nice and simple after playing with it and getting used to it.

And I know I know, I didn’t include any beamshots yet. There is a definite good hot spot when shining on the wall, very close to my Convoy S21E with the 5k 719A. I’ll try and get good beamshots when it gets dark.

I am not a pro or have any way of measuring lumens and such, but feel free to ask anything 🙂
