So from what I’ve Googled. It’s the Gerber MP600 ST, got it from a PX 6-8 years ago. Finally broke today and was looking to just get a new one. I can find the MP 600 but none of the ones I’ve found today don’t have the front sight post adjuster on them. Is that a discontinued feature? And if not anyone know where I can get one?

Gerber should replace the parts under their lifetime warranty (unsure if you will need to mail it to them, I had to but I’m not in the US). Otherwise, parts from any MP600 model are interchangeable. You only need the button, spring and retaining clip.
