I’ve owned this for many years now and it’s my favorite in the collection, being so unique. I’ve never carried it out of the house because I am not sure if it is California legal. With the way it opens being at least partially (if not fully) done by gravity, would this for sure be considered a gravity knife or would the magnetic detent holding it closed help in justifying it as a CA-legal carried folding knife? I’m not paying an attorney to figure it out but I am hoping an expert on the subject might have an opinion to share either way. Not holding anyone accountable for any comments, don’t worry. Just wanted opinions.
