I was scrolling Amazon and I found this 50% off overstock sale of what *looks* to be a higher quality wave clone. Apparently it is from a company in Sweden that mostly makes and sells rope style hand saws. Just over two months ago a reviewer stated that they paid £89 for it. Not that such a price point makes it good of course, but I am certainly going to take a chance on it at $34 – apparently 1/3 of the price it was listed for just over two months ago. This could also be a bad sign. However, to me it seems intriguing. Thoughts?

Fairly generic Chinese design in the style of the Surge, but it appears that unlike most, this one has a serrated blade in place of the poor quality file. Mine was branded A-Tech and about ten bucks. I wasn’t impressed as the drivers slip.

The Ozark Trail Multiforce and Bibury Pro are barely more expensive and much better quality.
