I love the scales for both knives. The weight savings is noticeable and they still have great ergos. I love the colors also they pop really nice especially in the sun. I’ve had the manix 2 since 2016 and I never carried it because the lock was too stiff it wasn’t enjoyable to engage with. After I learned you can get a lighter spring I decided I would just go all out with new scales, ball bearing and ball cage and clip. It turned a knife I never carry into something that isn’t leaving my pocket anytime soon. Although I may change the color of the ball cage I didn’t realize how much of a Christmas vibe the colors would give off until they were together.
