I just bought the Sog Powerpint and it seems impressive so far, but I stupidly decided to take the keyring attachment off and basically disassembled one side. Now I think I reassembled the washers incorrectly. If some one has one would you let me now how many washers go inbetween the tools on the blade side. That side is now really loose and the file gets in the way of the pliers opening. Really annoying. Any suggestions would be great thanks.

More pictures would be helpful. Also I recommend looking up the tool online to see what’s different.
It looks like you may have put the tools back in place in the wrong order — you can see where the flathead screwdriver is being stressed to the left because the tool above and to the right is pressing against it. They aren’t configured correctly.
