So my grandfather passed me down his perfectly working truss for my birthday and it didn’t have a sheath so I contacted warranty support explaining the situation and asking for a sheath and they said sure no problem. They tell me my claim has been processed and will receive the package in a few days. Well today comes and I get my package and what do I see when I open it? A brand new gerber truss, and sheath.
