It’s beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing!

The price doesn’t matter if it brings you joy, and you can comfortably afford it. It’s cool to like what you like 🤙

lol, knowing this sub i expected it to be like a $200 titanium box cutter with M390 replaceable blades. $59 is really not so bad just to have something you like. sure it’s 10x the cost of a regular box cutter but who cares if you aren’t breaking your bank.

Really nice looking. In fact, I perused their website and basically everything they make is very aesthetically pleasing. I had never heard of this brand before.

I’m kinda in the same boat as ranchdipboi. As long as it makes you happy and you’re not spending your proverbial last dollar for it then pop off.
HobsHere
That looks cool! Where is it made?

As a fan of expensive box cutters (I have more than one already) I’ve had my eye on this one. It looks amazing (as I’d expect from James).
How does it handle? Is it actually pleasing to use? It looks a bit slick and not exactly ergonomically designed.
hi_jake
That’s not a bad price tbh. The Chaves CHUB is almost $200 and it comes with the mall ninja skull clip.

How far out does the blade extend? More than in the photos or do the photos show full extension? Thanks for sharing, looks dope like all of their stuff.

I almost bought one when I got my job (overnight dairy stocker), but couldn’t justify it when I found out I get free blades and a box cutter, with a tape cutter attachment. Can’t beat the safety blade lol. Maybe one day if I move on from this job

I think James Brand assumes that they’re the Supreme of EDC

Damn for 60 bucks I wish it had a compartment for some spare blades. Stripping furniture, the moment you hit a staple you’re in need of a new blade

I am a fan boy own … 6 I think? The Barnes the chapter that box cutter .. another small box cutter … I like there stuff most of the knives are made by reate I enjoy them

Hey, I have one of those! I don’t use it much, as I abuse the shit out of my little WorkPro utility knife, and it treats me well.
Kennady4president
That’s pretty sick ngl
TraditionalOffice851
It’s cool if you like it and I would be quick to ask to borrow it to save my blade on my nice folders, but it’s a nah for me personally.

Cryptochimp you’re a madlad! Haha jk
glad you purchased the coolest box cutter (possibly) on the planet
My bro bought me this as a gift and its actually very nice. The sliding action is so smooth and has a satisfying click.
CrassussGrandson
I use the Wesn micro blade. It was even more expensive but it’s great for boxes and quick to sharpen.
OG_Dookie
Less expensive than some of the other “fancy” utility knives. I can only hope the blade sits in a separate housing that slides on the track. I’ve only seen 2 manufacturers that did that out of 20+ tools I’ve been looking at….
I’m on a EDC utility knife kick current.
askmu
That’s pretty cool actually

Maybe my mind has been ruined at this point, but I saw $59 and thought “what a steal”!

This is the kind of box cutter for people who don’t *really* use box cutters ~s

I bought the [Gerber Prybid](https://pics.knifecenter.com/knifecenter/gerber/images/GB31003743nt.jpg). Love that I can beat the hell out of it and never have to sharpen blades.
