Swisschamp had worn scissors: changed scales, added new pen and scaletools, everthing oiled and shiny new (late 80s tool) Cybertool Lite had bent small blade: changed battery of light (not covered my warranty) new pen, scales, its basically also like new.
But the coolest part was they exchanged the capcrimper pliers of my Swisstool BS with normal ones, changed the serrated blade with scissors (could keep the blade, want it for later sak mods) gave me spare screws for the clip because i heard they can break sometimes. That modifications i had to comunicate first of cause and they where happy to make it happen.
I love the warranty and service of Victorinox.
