I carried this on my navy ship for 5 years,beat the hell out if it, broke almost every tool. I called Gerber and they gave me a brand new one

I had one of of these, wore it out over a decade until the knife broke, sent it in, got a brand new one back.

This is maximum 20-22 year old model. 30 years ago Gerber only produced their butterfly opening military issue tool and later the Mr Pinchie MP500. This series were promoted with the terminator 3 movie.

How did you manage to keep the rubber pads? Mine peeled off after a few months 🙁 I wasn’t bothered too much though, it’s equally useful without them.
