The bit holder is fully deployed at 180 degrees rotation from closed. But at about 30 degrees there is another notch that it will catch on as well (image 2 of 3 shows how the notch gets caught). It’s pretty annoying because it takes extra effort to deploy. Is there a reason for this feature?

Makes it easier to pop the tool out to catch with your finger, but not so easy that it flops completely open on its own.
