Growing up we had a Cutco block set that had like 20 knives. And out of all of the knives in while set, this was the only one I cut myself with.

I’ve got a Tramontina version of this knife that I use almost daily, with a red wood handle. Very useful blade shape, good for cutting and spreading butter.
