HD05 Quality Issue

Just recieved my HD05 and the wing does not fit snug. The bearing is not even close to engaging to hold the wing closed. My HD02 wings are nothing like this. I am sending it back because I do not want the wing flapping around. Should i try a replacement? Anyone else have this issue?
