Got a SkyRC MC3000, used, in pretty much perfect condition, for ~88$
It’s one of the few chargers that allow you to charge/discharge cells to any voltage you want in between 2.50-4.25V. I’ll use it to measure max flashlight brightness based on battery charge (something similar to what u/TacGriz (tgreviews.com) does in his reviews).

21700 cells are a tight squeeze, but it works. I didn’t get the newer MC5000 because it doesn’t have temperature terminals and doesn’t allow you to choose the whole 2.50-4.25V voltage range. The app is a nice addition too.

Gotta wait for a MC6000…
