The switch boot on my OG copper gt nano arrived with a defect(the switch boot was out and the press-fit ring was way too pressed), And it only took 10 minutes from when I submitted a support request to when I got a tracking number for my free replacement! Thank you very much Craig!

On a related note, Where can I find a replacement spring for the 10440 battery tube?

My charger had a short; 0.5ohm across the batt pins, and combined with the high current battery it killed my spring.

hooked up a 21700 to the charger and the problem shorted itself out (heh) and now reads 2.5kohm and outputs 4.25V when plugged in to power. (fixed I think?) took it apart and didn't see any blown out bits so I'm guessing it was a foul solder ball that was obliterated by the 21700.
