Just picked up a used AD15 and couldn’t be more impressed. After playing with the scorpion lock for a day, it became very easy and enjoyable to use. The knife cuts surprisingly well and, despite the weight, feels comfortable in my jeans pocket. Threw on a Lynch clip and it’s everything I could want and more. Do I need to carry such a beefy blade? No, but I sure do enjoy it!
I bought a preowned carbon fiber 3V AD20.5 at the same time, a knife much more sensible for my needs, but I haven’t carried it yet. The AD15, which I bought on a whim for $95, just keeps getting the nod. Problem is that now I want a custom one.
