To me looks like a knife. Jk, i can’t pinpoint but looks like it has some “Toledo” stile to it, and to me it has some arab world influence in the design, wich would corroborate the possible iberian origin/design.
If so, you got to know that toledo makes tose mainly to sell as souveniers, but it doesn’t mean it’s bad, because i can’t identify the maker and date. Hope i could help a little
