I’ve been rocking this copper flashlight and marlinspike for a while, but I struggled to find a folder that didn't feel "too much" or "too little" alongside them.

The Kansept Dako ended up being the perfect middle ground. The Stonewashed Titanium bolsters keep it from being an orange-overload, while the Copper Carbon Fiber inlays tie the whole kit together.

A few quick thoughts after carrying it:

The Blade: 3.1" is that legal-ish sweet spot. The stonewash is heavy enough that I’m not worried about the first scratch.

The Lock: First time with a Kansept crossbar—it’s surprisingly snappy. Zero blade play and drops shut.

The Inlay: The "Camo" pattern in the copper CF has a lot of depth. It doesn't just look like glitter; it actually looks like part of the handle's soul.

Any other Dako owners here? I’m curious if you guys prefer the crossbar or the frame lock version of this design.
