Is My New Knife Genuine?

My new Cold Steel Mini Tuff Lite arrived today and just didn’t feel right. I realize it’s an inexpensive knife but it feels less substantial than I expected.

Then I noticed it didn’t look like the photos on Amazon in terms of where the logo printing appears. Searching photos online and the logo is never in this position.

Now I’m wondering if this is a knock-off. But why knock off an inexpensive knife?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
