Not sure on the exact make and model, but it is a LEP flashlight not an LED, they are pretty niche as far as I know but gaining popularity. But google searching large LEP flashlights should narrow it down pretty quick.
Edit: I may actually be wrong but that beam looks so much like an LEP beam. But I can’t seem to find any LEP lights that use 181300 batteries. I am also pretty new to collecting flashlights so if it’s a zoom light i am unaware of their ability to zoom that tight without turning the beam into a square? Maybe they have figured that out now?

Do you have a pic of the flashlight itself? The illuminated logo looks like Skyfire, they make generic zoom flashlights often found on Amazon.

That looks like a typical Amazon zoom light.
