Looks like a [Smatchet](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smatchet), WW2-era combat knife. Fairbairn-Sykes were the originators, though this model lacks some of the classic Fairbairn-Sykes version features like a central spine and a lanyard hole in the blade. This could be the [Case and Sons](https://www.ima-usa.com/products/original-british-wwii-oss-smatchet-heavy-fighting-knife-with-scabbard-and-original-box-new-old-stock?variant=41101193019461) model.
