Got this Convoy S12 with 365nm UV option, and ZWB2 filter.
I've been enjoying this light so far. It's quite bright to the eye on the highest setting, and seems to create eye strain. I'm hoping wearing safety glasses will help next time. The beam shape seems pretty good for light painting, but I would not mind having a couple of these in mule form to put on stands for fill light.
For the camera settings it seems several seconds at ISO 3200 to 6400 is good, if you can be around f/4 or higher. This is a very accessible way for people to play with UV light in a battery powered form.
Pictures were with Nikon D850 and Irix 15mm 2.4. Just set to "daylight" WB in Lightroom and exported.
Anyone have any tips related to UV?

Following cause my Sofirn SF16 is the exact same with creating eye strain and unfortunately UV safety glasses do not seem to help.
Could it be the lack of other light passing through the filter, that our eyes are used to, creating the strain? I honestly like that the filter gives more pure UV beam but I don’t use it often because of this issue 🙁
Nice photos, it is really dark there!
