Hello, guys! Flashlight newbie here. I'm looking for recommendations and suggestions for my first flashlight with an AA/14500 replaceable battery that I will carry mostly in my bag. The post pinned here in the sub, the Arbitrary List of Popular Flashlights – Spring Equinox 2026 Edition, was really insightful about what I was searching for. Right now, I'm interested in the Acebeam Pokelit AA because it looks simple and already comes with a battery. I have also read that some people recommend the Convoy T3 (and others Convoy T variants), but there are so many models and options to choose from that I became kinda lost (but, so far, with Nichia 519A 4000K or 5000K seens a really good option) lmao My goal is to have something always in my bag (that when I need it, I can also carry in my pocket) and forget, something durable. Better water resistance is also a plus. Good battery life is also a big plus. I think color accuracy is something that I will benefit from. Is the Acebeam Pokelit AA the best option for me? What else do you guys recommend? Thank you in advance!
