This piece feels like it belongs in a sci-fi cockpit. Luft Concepts designs clean gear, and Kansept's execution on this model is honestly impressive. The Crossbar Lock on this is buttery smooth. Being a Luft design, the geometry is dialed in-you can flick it open with the thumb studs or just pull the lock back and swing it. It's one of those knives you'll find yourself playing with at your desk all day. The blade is Elmax with a stone wash finish. It's tough enough that you don't have to baby it, but it holds an edge way longer than your standard budget steels. The Shred Carbon Fiber inlay against the bead blasted titanium gives it a very custom look without the $600 price tag. The handle is 8.5 inches overall, so even if you have larger hands, you're getting a full, comfortable four-finger grip. They went with an almost full length titanium back spacer that has jimping. I only noticed a couple things I would change. First no lanyard hole or pin and the carbon fiber finishing could be a little more refined around the edges. Overall this is a killer piece that has a premium feel with a budget premium price.
