Im in california and got a double action otf scalple knife and was wondering how i should measure the blade to see if i can make it an edc knife.
the sharp part is a bit longer then an inch but the total scalple length is a bit longer then 2 inches.

However some cop that knows nothing about knives or the law will measure it, so probably the longer of the two.
