I bought this flashlight half a year ago and use it all the time to clean my dorm and find things I lost. It still works even with the threads like this but I would like to know the best way to reattach it from someone else before I ruin something very useful to me.

That looks a lot more like the waterproofing gasket disintegrating from age than the threads falling off.
