Lockup CRK large Inkosi

Hello there knife-loving folks!

I wanna buy a “lightly used” large Inkosi. For that the current owner send me some pictures.

What feels odd to me are the ceramic ball locking marks all over the place of the blade tang.

I own a small Sebenza and these marks are more in a curved angle. A lot of CRK I saw online have them like my small Sebenza, so I want to ask you folks what do you think about that..? Is that normal or did the first owner just mishandled the knife?
