A decade ago I had many daily uses for my work knives, ship engine mechanic & marine hydraulic mechanic, but since then I just rotate different ones every day because I love them. I do use my knives at work every day… to open snacks🤣 That ticks the "use your knives" box for me, probably not for others and that's ok. You bought your knives for you so use them or don't, just collect and admire them. Both are ok.
