This is my first foray into the world of high quality pocket knives. I was at Walmart in the sporting goods section and I happened to notice a Civivi Elementum in the display case. The attendant was nice enough to let me handle it and I enjoyed the build quality so much I decided to get a Civivi for myself and came across this one online. My only question is regarding the button lock, I’ve carried liner lock knives my whole life. Is there any sort of maintenance/ cleaning/ oiling I need to do to the locking mechanism to keep it functioning smoothly? Are there any do’s or don’ts with this type of lock in terms of its durability?
