


TLDR: After breaking a Rovyvon flashlight I emailed them about a warranty and they instantly sent me a new flashlight.
After seeing a couple of horror stories with different flashlight brands not honoring their warranty, I figured I'd post a story of amazing brand that honors their warranty.
I bought a rovyvon flashlight about a year ago, dropped it and it stopped working. This is very rare occurrence for rovyvon flashlights because all of my lights from them have been robust. Anyways, I emailed them asking about warranty, they emailed me back without any BS questions or giving me a hard time. They simply asked for my mailing address and told me
they'd send me a new one.
It was such an easy process and was a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing these companies warrantying their products
