Last week with the Spyderco Manix 2 was easy. It's one of my favorite knives. Spyderco PM2 for the freebie day yesterday. But then, the random wheel hit me with a curve ball. The Kershaw Iridium came up. I hate that knife. Or, I should say, I hate the QC issues and slippery scales. My resolution is to carry one knife per week at random. If I can't enjoy carrying it for a week, there's no reason to keep it. Well, I already know that I don't want to carry that thing for even one day, so I'll give it to one of the guys at work tomorrow. Next spin on the wheel hit the Knafs Lander 2. Much better. It hasn't seen any pocket time in quite a while, so it'll be nice to get reacquainted with it over the next 5 days. So far, the Kershaw is the first dud to come up for rotation. So that, and getting a fresh perspective on the Lander is the goal of this whole process.
