Im pretty sure no brand will cover using a knife as a screwdriver, a pry bar, or a hammer. They usually say specifically they won’t for those three things. There are tools made for those purposes.
Most will fix it for you, or replace parts at a cost.

Benchmade will replace blade. But cost u

I’d probably get some aftermarket scales, and grind the blade down from the spine to where the break meets the sharpened edge (if the liners and crossbar functionality are intact). It’s a good war wound. And a new pocket clip, lol. That appears gone completely.
