So I purchased the Svord Hog Beater from KnifeCenter.com just because it looked cool and not really to use, mostly to display, about a year ago. This week, I was examining the knife and noticed some flaws that, I think for the full price I paid for the knife, they should not have sold it with the defects. There is some wood blowout from one of the rivets and also a small chip at the end of the handle. Another thing I also noticed was the B.W. Baker stamp is missing from the Hog Beater. Is that even normal? It sucks because I would have liked to return it for one with no defects, but it's probably too late for that. Am I exaggerating and being picky? What do you guys think?

I wouldn’t be happy. I’d reach out to KnifeCenter and/or Svord to see if they can do anything.
I’d throw a lanyard on there and never look at the edge of the handle again. I know my stuff is going to get dinged up over time anyway, but if it bothers you, give them a shout and see what they’re willing to do.
