
Been slowly upgrading my kitchen gear and finally decided to get a proper set instead of random knives.
Went with a mix of chef, santoku, bread, and utility knives — all Damascus steel with the same handle design so it feels consistent in hand.
Big difference already in prep speed and control compared to what I was using before.
Still getting used to which one I reach for most — curious what you guys would grab first from this lineup?
