Looking for This Knife or Equivalent – Adams and Sons

Found this knife while looking for an EDC fixed blade. The picture caption said it was an Adams and Sons Vole. Is there anyone out there making knives like this? Can't seem to find the maker on the internet. Looking for something thing like this, EDC/front pocket size but still high quality.
