What kinda knife is this?

I've had this knife i found in an old abandoned home about 4 ish years ago and I essentially just put it in a baggie of other knives I found and had and went on about my life, until recent curiosity peak my interest in messing with it again and its pretty fun to shadowbox and fiddle with it still. Has anyone have any info on it or what it is? (Other then its from Pakistan obviously)
