The ZT 0609 is one of best looking knives that ZT ever produced with RJ Martin. There’s the milling, the effortless action that deploys the beautiful 20CV blade, and then there’s the see through pivot.
Only problem? I want to tear it down for a proper cleaning and I have absolutely no idea where I put the pivot tool (STPTOOL). It’s been “in a safe place” for about five years now. I also can’t find it online so if you have one for sale or know where I can buy one, please drop me a message.

You could likely get it loose with snap ring pliers in a pinch.
It’s not perfect but you can use 2 sets of snap ring pliers. Just be careful not to slip off. Done it before with no damage to the pivot.
That tool will be in the last place you look. They always are. 😊
